A place you can belong

We take belonging seriously and actively encourage a culture where everyone at IAGL feels welcomed and valued for bringing their unique thoughts, perspectives and life experiences to our workplace. A place where all kinds of talent can thrive and flourish.

To do this, colleague voice is a core part of our day to day. From weekly Q&A time with our CEO in our meetups, to company Bazaars where you can shape our latest products, to choosing charity partners and creating our values – we invite our people to share their voice to shape who we are every step of the way.

Our perks

We’re committed to building a great place for females to work at IAG Loyalty. And whilst there is lots for us to do, some recent initiatives to help us get there include introducing a Menopause policy, launching a dedicated support group on the topic of Menopause, and we’ve demonstrated this commitment by signing the Menopause Workplace Pledge, too.

We also have a focus on Carers at IAGL; this includes Maternity, Paternity and Co-Parenting, too. We’ve created a range of helpful guidelines that our people and managers can access as needed to create great experiences for teammates with Caring responsibilities.

“IAGL fosters innovation through empowering leaders to step up and take risks, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration between different teams and functions. Within Proposition we collaborate closely with our operating companies, and we need to respond to market and competitor changes, so our ability to innovate requires a growth mindset and willingness to pivot when necessary.”

Giving people a sense of ownership is key. If you feel accountable for something, you’re much more likely to feel engaged in continuously improving it. We highlight and celebrate impactful innovations, as well as sharing the things we learn when things don’t go as expected.”

Life at IAG Loyalty

“Here at IAGL, we take customer research and insights seriously to innovate our products from planning to launch. We invest heavily in tools and technologies from Cloud technologies to cyber security practices, to offer the best to our engineering community to deliver world class products. There is never a dull moment, we’re always looking for news ways to deliver the best loyalty products to our customers.

The culture here at IAG Loyalty is really open and I love that everyone is so approachable and friendly. IAGL fosters open communication and collaboration and it makes problem solving and brainstorming new ideas fun. It’s also a draw that the leadership team communicates with us on how they’re keeping up with the industry too.
To sum it up: friendly people, clear communication and a real passion for the work that we do. Plus we get very good travel perks. I love it!”

Giving back

We are super proud to share we’ve raised an incredible £66,000 (and counting!) to support the incredible work that Winston’s Wish do to help young people cope with grief.

Our fabulous teams have hiked, biked, raffled, ideated, danced, planted and workshopped their way to this milestone, and we couldn’t be prouder.t
