Our female focus

We’re committed to building a great place for women to work at IAG Loyalty. Some recent enhancements have included introducing a Menopause Guidelines, where we have launched a dedicated support group for colleagues on the topic, and to further reinforce this commitment, we have signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge. We have also refreshed our guidelines on Maternity, Paternity and Co-Parenting, to support our carer population.

Embracing flexibility is part of our DNA at IAG Loyalty, which is why we have a hybrid approach to our Head Office roles, empowering women in tech to thrive both in and out of the office, all whilst balancing career growth and personal well-being.
