Winners revealed for the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2024

Women in Tech Employer Awards 2024: A Celebration of Innovation and Inclusion

On Tuesday 12th November, the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2024 lit up London with a night of celebration, recognition, and inspiration. The awards, set up in 2018, honour and recognise both employers and individuals who are doing amazing work to help close the gender gap in technology. As the industry continues its journey toward inclusivity, these awards served as a powerful reminder of the transformative work being done to empower women in technology.

A Night of Celebration

Held at the prestigious Hilton Park Lane, the awards evening brought together industry leaders, trailblazers, and advocates for a night dedicated to celebrating those who are making a real difference in tech.

Guests were treated to a sparkling drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal. After dinner, we heard from Samantha Niblett MP, who gave an inspirational speech on the importance of diversity, and her own advocacy of women in tech in Parliament.

Then, the host of the evening was introduced – Kerry Godliman, talented actor and comedian. The atmosphere was electric, filled with excitement and anticipation as the winners were unveiled.

The Winners of the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2024

This year’s winners exemplified excellence in driving change, innovation, and diversity in tech. The judges were faced with tough decisions, so in some categories they awarded a ‘Highly Commended’ where it was a close call.
